It’s like buying car in the U.S. A. From what your video is showing going to work you’re only be driving 5-6 miles one way fro house to your work so say 24 miles per day back and forth if your husband will drive for you plus added school dropping for your son and your groceries and other errands you need to take care 50-60 miles a day depending distances where you wish to visit places especially on weekends. If you can limit to 6-7000 miles a year or even to 10,000 a year you can save from your insurance. Insurance depends on how long your driving and if you have traffic violations ticket it will increase your insurance rate so be very careful to drive safely. As you can see the speed especially in highways is much faster. Watch out for drunk drivers stay away heavy traffic lanes though you can’t avoid it. Familiarize your places that your driving so you don’t get lost and use navigations system if not familiar with the area you’re going. Anyway to start with economical car gas efficient usually Japanese cars are noted to be more efficient and last longer of course you still need to maintain it well with oil and fluids regular check. Your husband should know and that’s the beauty of having your husband to support the family. Once he gets a job you can be relieved of extra expenses for the car alone. God bless

Ms. Emily, before you buy a second hand car here in England first and foremost is check the car mileage, the engine, the service history, how old is the car etc. Don’t just buy car because its cheap because you never know the reason the car is cheap is they are in a lot of trouble and you will spent a lot of money of car repairs in the garage.

That’s a nice looking car sis. I’m not sure kung na purchase na, but usually the first thing to do when buying a car besides considering the budget with second hand is checking the mileage, and history, and definitely test drive it. Look and check at the engine to make sure it won’t give a problem once you own it. It’s best to have someone who knows about cars when buying esp used cars. For insurance if it’s old car most go for just liability, not to full insurance because it will be expensive for monthly. Insurance ask about how many mileage you’ll be driving a year because the lower the mileage or kung hindi masyadong dinadrive ng malayo mas mura yung babayarin sa insurance. If you’re driving to work and school lang just give the estimate of the total mileage. Not sure kung same din sa UK, sa amin you can always compare and change insurance whenever. When you’re not satisfied with service, or may mas mura, you can check and compare by getting estimate with other insurance company.

check fB market of you got lucky .. u will find good deals.. check MOT ..at least 6mos.. check for cat .. test drive at least 15mins and note for any unsual sound .. check the oil .. check engine :) recommend petrol first car at least 2010.. less than 100miles n look for japanese car :) most reliable :parts n service not so expensive ...

as long as you have a job you can afford the car payment, car insurance and maintenance of your car.. If your husband starts working he will take care of the car payment, It should be hati hati ng expenses as husband and wife. And depends who ever got a big check he or she will take care of the expenses like the rent of home but it depends on how you agreed as husband and wife.. make sure ask ,is there any problem with the car...like engine,transmission, battery etc...❤

There are online sites that help you to purchase the right vehicle at a good price (*so you don't get robbed) You need to know how many miles it has been driven. Does it have a 'history'. In the US some used cars have a certified history showing all maintenance and accidents (if any). Now with all that info including the make and model, the year of manufacture 2003 it will ask the condition of the auto (*excel, good, fair, poor) then you put that into their calculator and it should tell you about how much you should pay, both at a dealer or private person. Dealers want to sell you the worst car at the most they can, so better to come with this knowledge. That car is 20 years old and may have rust, engine issues etc. Find a reputable used car place (oxymoron) if you can LOL. But go prepared and tell him you have done your homework. That way before he gives you 'his' price, he will now adjust it more or less correctly.... or better than his original intent.
