Eye opening vlog in Marawi, Philippines. I hope the government can do more to help our Muslim brothers elevate their quality of life. If I remember correctly, a significant amount of money in millions of dollars were donated to Philippines by several countries to help restore Marawi. I really hope that all the money will be spent wisely to re-develop Marawi and help it’s citizens.

Oh My! This is heartbreaking, as a Christian seeing my Moslem brothers and sisters suffering in this terrible conditions is disheartening added more insults to injury is a refugee in their own country this is sad.Thank you Alan n Shannon for featuring Marawi in your vlog with many foreign vlogger coming to our country doin their own thing some made the PHILIPPINES as their home base doin their stuff, your the only foreign vlogger who made this vids you're incredible guys,I hope this vids will reach out to our govt.

❤ this episode! Thank you for featuring our brothers and sisters in Marawi. Maybe more vloggers would visit and help improve funds for the communities. It's so sad how they are like squatters in that place, but they used to own their own homes! They can't just keep waiting for money from the government that may or may not come.

that's actually a cautionary tale for what's happening in the uk and the rest of europe. with the current unabated entry of islamic radicals and fundamentalists into the european continent , what happened in marawi city may eventually be replicated in places like brighton, dublin, glasgow, paris, etc

Marawi had been ravaged by wars because the people had not taken an earlier stand against extrimisms. They had not reported the seriousness of the matter with the authorities.

The video you interviewed ordinary Chinese people living outside Guangzhou was reposted by many people. It was so dilapidated, but I didn't see that video when I came to your homepage. They used your video to attack China. In fact, it was an old city in the last century. There is almost no one living in it, only some elderly people are left, but the government cannot force it to be demolished. You may be kind, but the person who reposted it described it very exaggeratedly
