I pray you have recovered enough to travel back to India. Just an advice, on reaching India kindly get yourself checked for tick-borne human relapsing fever (TBRF) and African Swine Fever (ASF). You seem to have been exposed to either one of these while in Ethiopia or South Sudan. It happens when you are close to livestocks or areas that have been inhabited by the livestocks, mostly in Africa. It triggers high fever & weakens the nervous system. Malaria is bound increase & show up due to low immunity. Praying for your speedy recovery.
