Plus, the pounded leaves cooked in peanut or palm oil (Congo)give a slightly chewy vegetable-best served cold the day after.

Great Vlogs which are v inspiring. In this one I'm not sure if you've taken adequate precautions against Cyanide accidents with cassava consumption : removal of the skin and nit just scraping it, total removal of the cord in the cassava before use etc. Great work and pls post something on home/ house schooling

You are right. You slice the skin vertical and then peel it off. The cord we were never allowed to eat. How about roasting? Thank for sharing your lazy day
