At the beginning, when you have opportunity to take the money from t-shirt vendor in the mill, we can spend it to buy pot from Frank. Or take it and later in the next scene, in Chloe's house, we can put it into Chloe's mom's purse, to help her with their financial problems ;) Oooooor.... You can keep that money and the money you took from drew and then donate it in the hospital to firefighters support. Depends of how much money you have in that situation you can donate 1250, or 500 or 250 ;) obv. It's a stupid choice, the best way is to give money to Joyce and later on to Damon or Drew, because he will not get beaten or he will have possibility to help his father financial problems ;) that's it for me. :P
