What's hilarious is that when Max turns down Warren's invitation to go to the movies with him, he shrugs it off and invites Brooke instead. What does Eliot do when Chloe turns down his invitation to the play? Goes on his own and sits fuming as Chloe gazes lovingly into Rachel's eyes while the rest of the audience gives them a standing ovation. Come on, you'd have to try with all your might to be more of a loser than this dude.

Eliot is the stereotypical nice guy. As with most nice guys, they are possessive, manipulative, insecure, and sometimes misogynistic. They get temper tantrums when they are rejected by people, especially women who they once had feelings for. Nice guys aren't really nice. The whole niceness is a facade of their true nature. Chloe never lead him on as stated many times, she is REAL. She doesn't hide who and what she is. Thus why Rachael was drawn to her and she's easy to love. Elliot is the VERY opposite of everything Chloe stood for.

@maont Nice Guy is a term, it isnt meant to be taken at face value. it is a sarcastic term describing people who claim to be nice, and then claim that this means you owe them, which is of course not nice at all. they dont understand that this makes their claim of being nice false.

I've had these types of guy friends before back in high school. They tried to convince me "you're just bisexual and don't know it yet." No, I'm just straight up lesbian. They were always acting like a bitch. Plus they'd go out of their way to pay for something (even when I told them not to) then they'd bring that up as a means to try and guilt trip.

at first I had nothing against Elliot, but after episode 3 I realized how possessive he is. and this is not a method of protection, it will never be. he even hurts the chloe if she tries to get past him. Chloe never asked him to do everything he did, he does because he wants to and he is VERY intrusive. I dont like him and I think so he was wrong.

*After* Episode 3? Not the second he walks into the Amber house? Also, didn't you see how crazy he was in Episode 2? ( But then again, I'm referring to an optional scene in Episode 2)

I hated how predictable this game was. From guessing the part about the mystery woman being Rachel's mom and James' ex to Eliot being a fucking freak. I've always hated him. I figured the guy Chloe insinuated she fooled around with in the past was him and I wasn't liking his mannerisms. He was exactly like a creepy "friend" I once had who molested and stalked me, which gave away the fact that Eliot was not a great person. Although I do like the fact that they portrayed the creeper friend realistically and accurately, I had mixed feelings about me being right about pretty much everything. Still an enjoyable game.

Eliot just disgusted me through the game because wtf ? Chloe doesn't even ask him anything and he doesn't know anything about her relationship with Rachel but he keeps trying to manipulate Chloe. He is a freaky stalker and doesn't accept Chloe's feelings for Rachel.( btw am i the only one who noticed the weird way he talks like always making weird sounds? )

Do you mean the way he constantly sounds as though he's about hock right in Chloe's face? Once I noticed that, I could never un-notice it.

I disagree very strongly with this perspective. Eliot spends the whole confrontation projecting so many of his own issues onto Rachel. One of the accusations he makes is that she got Chloe involved with dangerous criminals but the truth is that Chloe was hanging around with people like Frank long before Rachel came along. I can't help but notice that Eliot never seemed to have any problem with the rebellious streak in Chloe's personality until she fell for someone who's not him. He actively encouraged it. Remember when he bought tickets for The Tempest purely so that they could spent the night heckling the kids involved with the show?
