I don't know how often you hear this but y'all really have such amazing chemistry with each other and I think it really shines in slower games like this with little action. I understand now why Mason sits in the middle as well haha. Also Oak before someone steals it you really should make some JUST RELAX merch. Trademark it too. Episode 4 and 5 are absolutely bananas. Can't wait to watch the next one.

This game was my everything when it game out in 2015, I was just 16 and almost finished with high school. It appeared during summer break for me in 2015 and as dated as it can be it still holds nostalgia in my heart. It's now 10 years since it released and I'm glad to see you play it without instantly shooting it down, because I've seen a bunch of people dismiss it due to the flawed execution & dialogue in a lot of parts. So I can totally get behind Oaks feedback towards the first episodes, it is a slow game and requires a lot of snooping around, reading & listening, experiencing the quiet moments... and towards the end it takes up speed with the story. I find your approach very realistic, playing the game by taking your time, exploring, listening to feedback and despite the slow investment during the first episodes you still took your time instead of rushing through to get to the "exciting" parts. :] Thank you for your gamethrough, can't wait for the final two episodes!

Life is Strange is one of the most underrated games of all time. I’ve seen guys who listen to rap music and play first person shooters, play LIS and fall in love with the game. Unlike TWD, where people enjoy the zombie aspect, this game is pure teenage girl drama and the fact that it gets the attention of grown men says something. It’s a shame LIS dropped the ball after True Colors.

Life is Strange is all about the journey. Episodes 1 and 2 are definitely foundational episodes but in a way, I think it lets us players feel more connected to Max as she's questioning everything: what's going to happen, what her powers look like. I'd definitely agree that those episodes are slower and take some time to get into. The ending of episode 2 is what really hooked me into the story though, but it's always either the end of Episode 2 or Episode 3 that hooks the fans😆

Chaos Theory, a perfect title for this EP, just pure chaos, the consequences of every decision. The investigation for finding answers on why Kate did what she did and ended up to Chloe in a wheelchair. I always trust Dave's instincts, and I'm excited to see what his instincts going to say to him in EP 4 of Life is Strange: Darkroom. Thank you for enabling the music for this playthrough, it really adds layers to the story and emotion of the playthrough.

I was eagerly awaiting your reactions/choices for episode 3 & didn't disappoint! only shame is that you didn't get to spill his plate & hear Frank's "I WAS EATING THOSE BEANS!" line when in the diner getting the keys, it's a well known meme with LIS players 😆 but good going Quinn with David's password & William's keys, as most of us had to re-do that multiple times to get it right, the look of pure concentration on your face paid off hehe!. Most of us usually hide in the toilets at Blackwell when David is looking for ya, so was cool seeing a new way hiding with the lockers Oak & I picked pancakes for breakfast (better choice 😛) I keep a piece of paper with passwords on too & my spirit animal is Duck & knew you'd make a 'Breaking bad' reference when doing the stuff to blow open door ha! & the look on your faces when ya see everything's changed & that big Chloe reveal at the end & your discussions after was so good! an absolutely awesome playthrough guys! & you're right, we can't wait to see what happens for ya in Episode 4! gonna be great! 😊❤💚💙

Thank yall for putting the music back on! I love watching your videos and it's become a daily part of my routine, honestly ignoring all the other comments, my advice is to just stick and roll with the cheesy dialogue. This games dialogue honestly checks for 2014, also, I totally get feeling some of the parts are slow. Biggest thing I can reccomend is to soak in the environment and talk to as many characters as you can, building relationships with each of them. Keep up the awesome work!

Everything is getting crazier each episode. Can’t wait to see what you guys think about the next two episodes. I agree with Oak. The game is slow for the first two episodes and I feel like it picks up in the end of episode 2 and really starts to kick it up in episode 3. Episode 4 and 5 kick it up to the max. I think LIS 2 and 3 both have strong starts a lot more action almost right away compared to this one. But this one and 3 are the best in the trilogy.

i think you guys might enjoy mouthwashing. its another horror game, story driven, and kind of a walking simulator. just a warning, it gets gory. another recommendation that I have would be doki doki literature club. its a psychological horror game and just like this one, it has a slow start but when you get there, YOU GET THERE. it gets super duper interesting and the way they incorporate the horror into a "cutesy" appearing game is very good.

It's interesting seeing different generations playing this game and seeing their takes on Chloe and Max's relationship and Chloe as a character!! More mature audiences as badd medicine here seem to side less with Chloe since they are wiser and see the more logical side of things...if you really think about it Chloe IS being a brat most of the time AND she is a bad friend to Max..yes she lost her father and got an asshole of a step father but that doesn't excuse most of her actions!! I have hope for the ending of this playthrough!!

Fyi, Oak & Quinn Diazepam is Valium. Older school benzodiazepine for anxiety. Can be just as addictive as the more commonly seen Xanax. Also, can be used as a sleep aid....so why did Nathan have this would be my question. Ive not played this game, but based on what Kate said about party im now wondering if Nathan has the Valium to dose girls with or is he taking it cause he has major anxiety or is he taking it cause he has a drug addiction problem? Those are all my theories. Im so invested in this story now and genuinely cant wait to find out what happens as ive not looked up any game play or spoilers. ❤💞❤️

Guys, I want to thank you for siding with David. We see him through the eyes of pissed-off girls and most people get him cast off the family he cherishes. I felt it was really unfair.
