Rukia Nakigudde turned 20 on 12-11-2020. Being the sweet, lovely, hardworking young lady living positively with cerebral palsy, we had to give her a treat, just to celebrate and make her feel special. Thank you to Freddie’s Salon on Impala House, Mestil Hotel and Residences.
