I had the same issue with my little nespresso! If you call their customer service, they’ll send you a label to send the machine in to be repaired if it’s less than like 3 years old. We ended up getting the vurtuo machine regardless because of the volume of coffee, but it’s worth sending the little machine in just to have a backup 😊

I live in UK and here grtting gas/petrol was recently mission impossible. Due to brexit and lack of drivers UK suffered with problems with transportation. People had to queue for few hours or drive to check few petrol station to fill car. Crazy!

The reason why your machine is not making a full cup of coffee, and ads a lot of water is because you are using compatible capsules and not original Nespresso capsules. Try the original one and you will see the difference! ☺️☺️
