I was facing IBS 2years ago due to unhealthy lifestyle and bad water. Doctor gave me tons of medicines which didnt work at all. So i tried Ayurvedic medicine Kutajghanavati Tablets twice a day along with my Allopathic medicines. Within a week i started noticing improvement. Also i was eating only curd rice for those days and after few days i started having only Dal Rice.And you are right we need to be mentally strong for overcoming this.

Iodine namak ke badle sendha namak use kijiye, sugar ke badle desi khand, desi gud choclaty color wala, raab, dhaage wali mishri par sugar mat use karein kyunki usme 12-15 chemicals daal ke banaiy jaati hai and uski ki wajah se kitno ko diabities and alaga alag bhyankar bimariyan ho rakhi hai, and refined oils ke badle wood pressed oils or desi gai ka bilona ghee. Bhai main 20 years se ibs se suffer kar kar raha hun , khud hi diet se kaafi control ki hui hai , height 178 cm. hai aur weight 60 kg , sweets aur dryfruits meri ibs badhate hain , abhi diwali par thoda kha liye the to problem ho gayi thi. Dhyan rakho bhai apna ibs stress se bhi badhti hai

Part 1 Naveenji hiii mujhe kuch batana tha aapko on IBS mere frnd ke dad unko bhi pachan nahi hota tha, allopathy dawaiyan bhaut khayi but koi asar nahi karti sabare pet se dawai waise hi bahar aa jati thi, phir thak har ke unhone ayurved se tratement ki at the age of 25 aaj woh 74 age ke hain aajtak unko kabhi wapas waisi problem nahi hui. Aapko agar hamesha ke liye theek hona hai and iss bimari se permanently chutkara pana chahtein hain toh apna treatment ayurved se kijiye slow hogi time lagega shayad 6 mahine ya saal but parmanent ilaj ho jayega iss baat ki guarantee hain.

Less spicy food ( minimal onion, ginger, garlic, chilli) even avoid for some time. ) try to make organic Soya milk yogurt. Best of Luck. Sure you will get better but with diet restrictions!

Drink water one hour before lunch and lunch ke dedh ghante baad paani peena hai but healthy people can drink water after one hour, you can have chaas, milk, fruit directly after lunch and jo log dawaiyan lete hain woh khana khane ke turant baad 2 se 3 sip paani se dawai le lein, dedh ghante baad agar pani ke saath dawai li toh woh asar nahi karegi. Reason: khana khane ke baad pet mein agni pradeep hoti hai khane ko pachane ke liye agar hum khana khane ke baad pani peete hai toh agni bhuj jaati hai and khana sadne lagta hai phir pehle acidity paida hoti hai and uss acidity se body mein 103 prakar ki bimariyan hoti hai ab sabko bhagwan ne alag alag body di hai isilye kisko diabities, kiski ko cholestrol, etc bimariyan hoti hai jaise aapki aaten kharab ho gayi hai. Yeh ancient sutra pehle india ke log follow karte the isiliye pehle hospitals nahi hote the and log bimar nahi padte the. 2.
