This is lovely! You can do some activities while barefoot to connect with that beautiful nature. Avoid the wheat, seed oils etc cook those ngwace, nduma, matoke, pumpkins etc what nature has freely given us.

Madam, please indulge me here. Msichana amejikakamua…she’s literally wearing “OTERO” (Kisiis know what that is) and it’s almost as good as being barefoot. Please, give constructive criticism/feedback. Sio kwa ubaya, if you have been a subbie from day one (at least when she had a video uploaded) on how she was an engineer and living in a big city, this is a whole 180degrees. I find her videos ever so authentic and they make me homesick. I want to just come and be around my mother and enjoy life with her before her departure from this world (or mine - you never know nowadays). Anyway, I wrote all that to say I LOVE, LOVE, loooooooove watching her videos because of her content - for authenticity and the calm nature that comes with her voice.
