I feel that there is a difference, however, when the reason for living in a hut, or tepee, is due to being continuously attacked by an Occupying Army, that is continuously bombing and re-displacing everyone, even when they have lost loved ones, or are wounded, themselves. Choosing to live in a simple home, in ☮️ time, is a different situation. Every day I HOPE to see news that the Ceasefire has been enacted. What you're asserting, is that modern recognition of human and territorial rights, including international "rules of war" have no meaning - which is not true. What you're proposing is a regression to the barbarism of ancient times, except with the devastation of today's weapons. The two World Wars, which began with the invasion of territorial boundaries; that you're trying to describe as something that "just happens", were enough to make the international world come together, to form the UNITED Nations and write Conventions, such as the Geneva Convention and the Genocide Convention. So, no; we do not, anymore, accept that anyone may invade someone else's land, any time they feel like it. That would result in a perpetual state of war, insecurity, cruelty and devastation - eventually the destruction of our human race. In any case: if invasion and destruction were apparently "normal"; why all the fuss about last October's destruction? If Israel could invade with impunity, why couldn't anyone else? Obviously: yes, for practical, contemporary real life purposes, there is such a thing as land ownership; the breaching of which is internationally considered illegal, with laws regarding what may happen if boundaries are breached.
