This man is truly exceptional. No hypes but real facts he has narrated that go to make a successful test pilot. The large and dominant factor he pointed out is the understanding of the men under him and tendering a human touch which binds him to the Sqdn. and the force to which he is committed to serve despite personal hardship. This is the most important factor as highly efficient people leave the force because of a sort of class discrimination that is amounting to a compromise of individual's self esteem and personal dignity. In early days, when the IAF was transformed from RIAF the Chasm between officers and men was bequeathed with a colonial endowment that was highly damaging the psyche. Hope things have improved over generations.
