Sometimes we need to remind ourselves of a job well done! I really appreciated that, so thank YOU 🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊 for thar inspiration and motivation for the day! Oh, and also what hair products do you use because your hair always looks so soft and shiny like a Pantene Commercial.... the way it moves is remarkable when thinking how dry the cabin air is combined with altitude and weather. Here in Los Angeles, it is 105 degrees and humid like ATL humid and I have problems with my hair laying nice from the lack of moisture and these high downtown winds. My wavy hair looks like it's about to curl and fly out. I have been meaning to ask about your hair routine, but keep forgetting. Oh yes I have to give myself props when I stick to a commitment lol Thank you so much. You are correct between the dry air on the plane and different destinations I travel to with humidity, it can be tough on the hair. I try to stick to hydrating and moisturizing products, I use minimal heat (blow dry & flat iron maybe every two weeks) and make sure to wrap my hair before bed with a satin wrap or bonnet.

I tried two years ago but got sent home one week 5. Heyyyy, thank you for those kind words! Congrats on going for it again, it's a tough pill to swallow but it can be done, coming from someone who knows first hand! As cliche as this may sound, take it one day at time, don't try to move ahead, be apart of study groups/buddy, ask questions until it clicks for you, practice and repeat, repetition is key!
