Hello, Nina! I just wanted to ask you, how did you manage to lose weight over the eight years other than not crash dieting? I saw one of your videos on how to lose weight and maintain the results, yet I noticed that you did not really state the type of excercises or workouts you engaged in. But I gotta say, your workouts really helped me feel the burn 🔥🔥! Also, as a 12 year-old who has a daily job of sitting and studying all day, I wanted to ask to you how can I be more active in my daily life all the while maintaining my studies? Unfortunately, I seem to struggle with this every day, and when I come home I always seem to binge eat, no matter how much I try not to. What is happening to my body in the way I cannot control my behaviours? I have a friend who is satisfied with eating an apple as her dinner, all the while doing a 30 minute workout along with it, and here I am, unable to comprehend why I suddenly became this . . . unhealthy? Edit: BTW, I am so sorry to include so many questions, I am just asking because you have any girl's dream body all-the-while eating all healthy, three meals. I have also sadly been struggling with these unhealthy habits for the last 4 months, and I gained a lot of weight. 😔😓

Hey Dinushka! Thank you for your message, happy to hear you love my videos. Of course, I need to know you better to give you the best personal advice. But remember that the situation you describe of your friend is for sure not healthy. Don’t compare yourself with that. You are so young and live is something to enjoy! An apple and workout as a dinner is neither of that. Your binges might come from restricting yourself on normal food or meals and then your body keeps asking for food what will result in a binge. Key thing for you is for your body to trust you again, you can help it by giving it a routine so it knows when to expect food and it wont ask for lots around these times. Be kind for yourself!!! Your body still needs to grow, so don’t underfeed yourself and start loving yourself. Confidence and happiness comes in the end from the inside. Keep following my workouts and create a routine so you will feel good about yourself. Much love❤️
