im just gonna keep updating the results maybe every 2 weeks, i have been doing this workout for 5 days only and i have lost 1.5inch on my hips before was 43inch now 41.5 so i recommend yall start doing this now!! thankyou so much this workout is literally a lifesaver, my goal is 35inch so wish me luck

I’ve been doing this exercise along with another leg exercise on your channel for about 4 weeks now, and I’m honestly really surprised on my progress. Some pants that I always wear have started to fit me even more and they’re slipped on more easily now. Tho I don’t see a difference with my eyes for my thighs but my jeans never lie haha.
