im just gonna keep updating the results maybe every 2 weeks, i have been doing this workout for 5 days only and i have lost 1.5inch on my hips before was 43inch now 41.5 so i recommend yall start doing this now!! thankyou so much this workout is literally a lifesaver, my goal is 35inch so wish me luck

hiii nina, i have done some of your workouts for the past few months and they actually really help me out oh my gosh!! but i cant help but wonder which one of your hip workouts help with losing weight and make my hip bones visible, i've been trying to get them to slim down for so long and you're my only hope 😔🤍

I used 1 pound wrist weights and this was such a challenge! I swear by Nina’s workouts, they are just right every single time 💞 btw congrats on your beautiful baby 🥹✨

I’ve been doing this exercise along with another leg exercise on your channel for about 4 weeks now, and I’m honestly really surprised on my progress. Some pants that I always wear have started to fit me even more and they’re slipped on more easily now. Tho I don’t see a difference with my eyes for my thighs but my jeans never lie haha. Thank you so much for this workout ❤
