This is my second favorite band of all time. Met Joey when they were on tour with Anthrax. The local radio station did a promotion at a bowling alley, and I won the raffle to bowl on a team with him and Frank Bello of Anthrax. He is such a cool dude, and made a lifelong fan.

LOA for life!!!! Their music has gotten me through some of the hardest times in my life and I'll be a fan till the day I die. I haven't seen them live since the 90's but I home to catch them live again as the world gets back to normal.

Alan's lyrics on the first 3 albums stand out in my life. Those album credits are religious relics. Mold Makers right here.

Not only brilliant musicians but also amazing role-models to combat toxic masculinity. Fucking love them!

You're a male and you talk about "toxic masculinity", you sad fool. Let me guess: you probably take gay marriage seriously too, and are "feminist". When life of agony first came out we didn't have any of this pc bullshit.

I think every band changes if the want to stay relevant. I definitely prefer river runs red style but when something stops being fun for you you either hang it up or change. Listen to any band that's been around 10, 20 years and their earlier albums are definitely different to what they are now.

Absolutely legendary music in RRR, SSS, Ugly.... The lyrics, the strings & skins, Keiths vocals!!!! I mean absolutely as raw and badass as it gets. I cant quite get into anything other than their first 3 albums. But man o man was the beginning of this band incredible. Happy for everyone regardless even if Im not a huge fan. WIsh I would have seen them live in the early 2000s when I had the chance.

RRR and Ugly their best work. You could tell Keith wasn't into it after their second album. I still long for another album like RRR but I'll always have that album to go back to. I wish these guys and girls the best.

Nah dude... Broken Valley was an absolutely incredible work of art! Give it another spin. As much as I’ll always be emotionally attached to Ugly, I still say Broken Valley is hands down their best album, sonically speaking.

I can only speak for me and my oldschool metalhead friends, but I wish she would have known that her gender would never matter. Might have had alot to do with family. I come from Sicilian family, every gay/trans person in my family came out pretty late. That was weird to write. Quite a few of them...wow. Brooklyn also. All from first generation immigrants. In my opinion it's a combo of nature/nurture. These kids now have no idea what toxic masculinity is if they never experienced a dad born in the 30s or 40s that came to America from Sicily.

@@rootsgrassusa I know it might be hard, i had to figure this out and imagine myself, but You must look at this from the different perspective, She always KNEW She was a woman and that She was caged in a man`s body.
