Ground reality is somewhat differs depend on place to place and company ..mostly they prefer organic chemistry and analytical chemistry post graduates as R&D as he told analytical people for method development and organic specialized people for synthesis either in pharmaceutical or chemical company ya but mainly in private companies . Second thing in off campus placement they mostly prefer experienced people but from where we can get the experience? That's why if you have phd then you got good position as well as good remuneration.

Hello mam , even after completing msc there is a lot of confusion in mind that what after this? Net ki tyari toh kr rahe hai but what if Phd doesn't seem interesting.. andr se motivation hi nhi aata hai fir , ki kar kyu rhe hai .. thank you for bringing different episodes. Job loge to work badhega if your are more focused on net then don't come in industry kyu ki if you are enter .. forget about regular stody. Nahi ho pata . Mene try kar liya he. Or yes sir bhale hi bol rahe he ki r&d msc ke bad but now compnys are changed now phd must ho gaya he. So. Qc or Qa me scope he bas.. if you are more focused for net then don't come. In industry

I live in Sivasagar , Assam . Here is ONGC head quarter of Assam Asset at Nazira . I worked in a private company called Geotech many years back . I worked as CTU supervisor . CTU stands for Coil Tubing Units . It is used for various production related jobs like Hot Oil Pumping , Nitrogen Pumping etc. There are separate units called Hot Oul Pumping Unit or Hot Oiler , Nitrogen Pumping Unit or NPU . These units which are some kinds oil field vehicles are hooked into the CTU and after that Hot Crude Oil or Nitrogen is pumped into the well . Hot oil is pumped into the wells for removing wax by melting them off . It is carried out on a daily basis . Two wells are done in a day . ONGC has two such sets of CTUs and HOT Oilers . Thus a total of four wells are subjected to Hot Oil Pumping jobs . Similarly Nitrogen is also pumped into wells to enhance the flow by virtue of which produçtivity is increased . Prior to that 18 years back I worked as Drilling Fluid Engineer ( generally called as Mud Engineer ) .at Baghjan where a fire took place and it remained so for more than three months . But I worked there 18 years back in 2004 . All these oil field jobs are very physically strenuous jobs and in drilling rigs we had to work in shifts and each shift is 12 hour long . Moreover we had to work in drastic weather conditions . O K . I wind up for today . Sometimes I would write to you apprising more of my life experiences . Hiii... I have a doubt. I have qualified csir jrf (1st time csir jrf) and currently availing it in one university. Now I want to change to another university. I don't want to take transfer. 2nd time am qualify the ugc jrf and then apply as a fresh candidate in another university with second timetime. My doubt is that, if it the same funding agency(2nd time ugc jrf) then will they provide me fellowship freshly or will they cut the amount which I already availed in the previous university through my first attempt ?
