evidently you own the property and rent it out. I like everything you've done. I live there on a sailboat from 75 to 85 windley key at Hayden's Harbor right close to Snake Creek off of the old road brings back a lot of memories. Isla Morada then was only upper and lower matecumbe now it's the village of Isla Morada

It appears to me that a lot of what you have done there is a violation of Monroe County Code. Is it lawful to live on a houseboat tied to a dock in a canal in the Florida Keys? Are you sure that your dock side appliances (AC, fridge, etc.), shower, shed, electricity, etc. are all legal?

I realize Irma is gong to bee line to The Purple Island (my favorite place to vacation 50 years) I love to move from big city to the only place I've ever loved without fail. I was 11 now 60 with bad eyes. My ONLY reason not to live there is medical. God Speed.
