Always love your videos! Getting closer to pouring the cement, but ensuring that the roof beam forms are strong enough to take the weight and pressure so they don’t blow out is the worth the time. No one wants to do that work twice! As for your tomatoes G, they are wonderful and I wish we lived near! You should consider selling in the markets in the fall, I am sure they would be enjoyed!

Have you ever,, fried green tomatoes? It's easy and oh so delicious. Just slice the green tomato like you're going to be eating them. Then a little cold water to wet them so that the cornmeal, salt, and pepper will stick good to the tomato slice and then gently drop it in to the 350° fahrenheit heated pot of oil. Fried Green Tomatoes are a wonderful southern treat. p.s. It's also a great movie that stars Kathy Bates. ❤

Did you know that less water make them ripen faster and banana peals or just whole bananas makes them ripen faster as well :) Other day when I was showing how to make green tomato chutney I had few people saying I should try Fried green tomatoes !!!! slice them up and dip them in a batter and fry them for few minutes !!!! and then use garlic mayo dip to eat them with ... Thanks for sharing another video . Guffy looked so happy laying on top of the onions ur harvested on the wheel barrel. Hehe I am guessing that every evening u have to wash him clean based on the images of him going coalmining on u daily . But he looks so happy. Hearing ur guinea fowl squawk in the back ground is strangely relaxing. You surely have a large yield of tomato's this year. If they had a local farmer's market u could try to sell some of ur surplus production.

There might be an added advantage to your threaded rod in the ring beam. You could save some without cutting them off after the pour and use them to fix a wooden fascia to the building. It would save a lot of time and effort to not render.

Put the nuts on the threaded rods before you stick them in the wet concrete. Then when you remove the nuts it cleans the cement from the thread

Yummy sundried tomatoes, they would cost to much to send to uk, my tomatoes are still growing plenty of green ones but not ripened yet, oopsey with the board of wood, gosh bending all the metal into the shapes you need for the roof structure looks good to me. I read that back in the 1800's people would take the onion peels from the outside and make yellow dye with them. I'm not sure what you would use yellow dye for, but you never know. I'm guessing you don't let Guffy into your camping trailer very often given his love for dirt and mud.

We still use them onion peels to colour our easter eggs ... and yes it is definitely powerful colour producer !!!! Guffy gets clean after he dry's but if he is wet and dirty he is not allowed in caravan ;)

Отличный урожай - прекрасные помидоры , прекрасный лук . А у меня все съела луковая муха((((. А еще из помидоров можно делать томатный сок . Но это долгий процесс протирания пульпы через сито для удаления семян. Несколько замечаний по строительству. Сверление мауэрлатной балки и крепление ее анкерами будет быстрее чем разметка и последующее насаживание на резьбовые штанги в бетоне. Поверьте , это так . Наружные листы ОСБ снять целыми не получится , придется рвать кусками. Большое количество торчащего железа и бетон будут препятствием. При укладке камня на облицовку бетона они также будут мешать. При такой малой высоте опалубки можно было обойтись проволокой для вязки арматуры вместо резьбовой штанги М8. Но зная по чьим видеоинструкциям вы строите , я даже не предлагал это. (Рик и Виктория хорошие ребята , но строит все с огромным запасом ). Я не строительный подрядчик , но в последнем моем проекте залито 70 тонн бетона и стали на габарите 6,5\7,5\3 метра .Это подземная часть гаража. Я все это проходил 2 года назад. А потом были стены..... А потом стропильная система и крыша... Не сердитесь.

Thank you Arjan !! We do eat them tomatoes every day ... so by the end of the season we would just had enough of them till the next one !!! as I don't buy them in the shops they just don't have any flavour !! well cherry tomatoes' does taste nicer then normal ones. Guffy says hello !!!

Please be aware that water is not hydrating on its own - hydration fluids - like isotonic sports drinks etc - have salt and sugar added to ensure that water can enter your bodies cells - water alone just washes around them - i think the equation is a tip of a t-spoon of salt and 1 t-spoon of sugar per litre - but you can seek info' online to be sure - - - also be aware that electrolytes are essential too - check your local pharmacy for sachets to add to water - here in UK they're not expensive - blessed bee[s]

no it should not but we actually read online that we could use chainsaw till 11am and we just checked with our friend who knows the rules better then we do .. so we will use chainsaw to cut it

I’ve always heard that you shouldn’t put oak leaves in compost because of their high content of tonic acid. I hope I’m wrong because you have a lot of oak trees. Your onions and tomatoes are beautiful! Good growing!!

Cementing the rods in the concrete and then, when the concrete has set, drilling holes in the wall plate to fit over them might be very tricky. Could you instead drill holes in the lengths of wall plate, put them in position on top of the wet concrete and push the rods down into the mortar whilst it is still wet? Once set you can then bolt them down securely. Or something along those lines.

How long do those onions last you? Do you need to buy more or enough until next years crop?Do you use a whole onion per meal?

Well we use loads of onions and I use them in sauces and marinades .. the lot which I harvested few months ago nearly gone so this will last about 3 months .. will have to plant more next season as not every onion is big or perfect :) I can use two onions if they small .. just love them

Yes I use lots of onions too. Last year I bottled roasted peppers onions and olives , yummy! I use them in my passatta sauce make too. Saves cutting soo much veg in one lot of bottling . Flat as a pancake with second chemo. Do a little bit of work and have to stop. Very frustrating, half way now so two more…. Thank goodness for my crafting , it helps me focus on that and stop feeling yuk… Looking forward to the next video… Xxx

Hello !!! it's impossible for him to get there by himself as it's very high and that's why we always lift him and put him in the tank so we can supervise whilst he swimming :) it's all good !!! G
