Enjoyed the video. I worked on a smaller RC rig operation before. We provided all our own meals, and it was tough work. Our pads were carved out of mountains with the rig deck split at 45 degrees, drilling -35 angles. We only drilled 1000 ft (~300 m) on these holes. Weatherford looks like driller's heaven to me.

Crew of 4, driller, derrick man , motorman & roughneck. Air con Worldwide caravans with showers & the best food in the canteen. The Toolpusher (rig boss) would line up the 4-6 new guys off the light aircraft & usually put 2 in 5 back on the plane.
