My Queen Master Tatiana! My Soul Sister, Thank you Thank you Thank you for this video. I can feel myself drowning because I was in a place where logic took over and I abandoned my creative spark for the sake of "Money" and it's left me empty and unhappy for 8 years. Because of people like you, I can proudly say we have a TRIBE, Yay! and that there are people that understand me. I truly felt misunderstood when I finally used my inner energy to stand up to my parents and let them know that it's time for me to do what I want from this point moving forward. It was definitely a lifelong battle, but I succeeded and I can honestly say I'm on the right track. Hi 👋 April Howard; Fasting is amazing for 5LP. It help with discipline just make should that you are not doing it as a punishment. When a 5LP indulgence it usually means we need to fuse-up. We have an empty tank and 5s are the living color energy in human form. Indulgence is a cry for help for a 5LP. . . 5s are big and fast energy. It important for 5s be build a grounding consistent regimen. It doesn’t have to be big. This will help 5LP regaining their energy. Recommendations for 5s are to do a lot of core workouts simply because the core is our reset button and 50-100 squats for grounding power daily. My love I hope this helped you have some clarity. Hey I’m a 14/5 . I too have been struggling with this ever since adolescence, pretty much half my life if not more. but I finally realized it wasn’t for me anymore because it takes me off my path and it’s so much easier to indulge in other things when you’re on it. One thing that really help me stop other than Not wanting to feel guilty about doing it and it effects was…DREAMS! dreams are really important and when you’re smoking marijuana it’s so much harder to remember your dreams or even have any it seems like. Put it down so that you can have a real experience in dreaming. I wish you the best
