Hey any update ?

@@Dan24. In my case I just stopped using all topical steroids but I used moisturizer. It was painful for 2-3 months but then the rash was cleared after peeling off the skin.
@Dan24.8 ай бұрын
@@maliyagaming1213 So the rash/redness has gone away for good ? That’s great! How did you peel of the skin btw ? I’m kinda afraid of doing that cause I fear it might further irritate my skin. Currently I’m not using anything on my face and hope my skin will recover.
@maliyagaming12138 ай бұрын
@@Dan24. I didn't peel off my skin, but it got removed by itself. Perhaps due to excessive inflammation, the upper layer became damaged and peeled off naturally, leaving behind new skin.

Hi Eden, I would like to know your opinion about NMT and LIP BALM? I am just starting NMT with my red dry eczema, and I am quite handling the body and face, but not my lips. It’s already cold outside here in the Czechia, and if I don’t put a bit of lip balm my lips are cracking and bleeding.. and I do have to go to the university and do presentations. Do you think the lip balm (but no other moistures) will slow down the whole process? As the skin of the lips is very different from the rest, because it doesn’t have any sebaceous glands… Thank you very much for a respond!

I watched all your NMT journey videos as they are so inspirational and motivating! Thank you for sharing your experience! 😊 Throughout your journey, you mentioned you took maybe one or two cold showers a week. How often did you wash your face? Did you ever have to deal with acne or breakouts (aside those whiteheads you got near your eyes)?

Hi Eden, I’m so fascinated by your journey. It is amazing to watch and I truly believe you have inspired me and so many other people. I do have one question though, do you know the science behind minimising your liquid intake/comsumption? How does this help the eczema? Does it help with the inflammation? I am so inspired by your journey, thank you for sharing it with us 🥰🤗💕

I’m sold on the not moisturising part but I’m skeptical about the fluid intake - interested to know if there is there anything to back that up? Thanks
@edenbrown34703 жыл бұрын
Fluid intake is recommended as part of NMT. That’s what worked for me and accelerated my results as you can see in my videos 🥰 got to do whatever works best for YOU though 😘

I was just wondering if you might hav some advice for me, as I'm 3 days into NMT and it's making me absolutely miserable. My WHOLE body is bone dry (I think it's become so used to being moisturised twice a day) and the places that I used steroid creams are cracking and weeping. I'm barely sleeping through the night due to the itching and discomfort. How long did it take you to start to feel normal and for your skin to start producing its own moisture and oils?
@edenbrown34704 жыл бұрын
Gosh I’m sorry to hear that, it’s hard especially with little sleep! Start trying to rest a LOT if you aren’t sleeping. A good few months I won’t lie to you but it does get better 😍‼️🤩

my first TSW+NMT month was a nightmare (face and scalp for me...didnt have problem with body even applying cortisone for a lot of years...just red skin no dry skin) anyways...my face and head was so god damn dry...like scaly desert dry it took a whole month to be kind of ok and now after 8 months i'm 80% healed..i have good week and bad week , i just want you to know that its gonna work trust your body , its a long process but worth it at the end good luck

Definitely as dairy leads to inflammation

Can you go in pools and in the ocean if you are just recovering from NMT? I am taking a trip and I really want to swim but I don’t want to mess up my progress
@edenbrown34704 жыл бұрын
I’m no medical professional... I went on holiday last year and found the salt was good for cleaning and sort of buffing my skin... however I’d be wary of sun exposure. However I’d say if you’re being strict with NMT then as short as possible. However, life is short, enjoy the swim if you want to 🥰😘😍

Water consumption is essential for a healthy body and skin. Water is not moisture. Oils are. By not drinking enough water you are dehydrating your body and skin. Please make sure you drink enough water. That has helped me immensely.
