Greetings, hello and welcome back!
Sometimes life gets a little hectic and you just need to hit the beach!
I thought it would be fun to add a beach setting and small shopping area with a tram turnaround point!
We'll be using the new DLC and some of the content creator packs to accomplish this - really a big fan of the new stuff!!
We'll also be adding some height to the skyline itself towards the later half of the video. And even though it's not normally my favourite thing to do, we need to spend some time in the downtown industrial port area.

Might be the unpopular opinion, but I think all this development kinda ruined what looked like a very natural looking beach area to begin with. The docks and walls and everything were overkill. Also I didn’t understand the double loop section for the tram line (drawn in at 4:00)? Usually like your builds but this one kinda made me scratch my head

Well it is a close-in suburban area beach that may have been just a seaside resort at one time like Wollaston Beach in Quincy, MA

Fantastic! I really love the beach area and those Art Deco skyscrapers are some of my favorites! Love the old hotels, and the big warehouses in the industrial area too.
