After an emotionally charged conversation I just sat with crayons and a coloring book. The tv was off and I tapped into a distant memory of betrayal and I asked Spirit to take that from me. I felt a bubble form behind my belly button and it released in the form of a burp. Ever since then, I have this inner peace and KNOWING that everything is fine. It is such a wonderful existence now. ALL of my plans for my 44th birthday changed to other experiences and I am just in such a place of stability within me instead of pain and trauma it's unbelievable. Just coloring in a coloring book with crayons for two hours changed my perspective and reality. Ian and family, I am SO grateful you're a part of my timeline shifts.
