oh wow! I LOVE the new layout of the website AND the video too!! (Y) last week I was giving the example of how we are a clean glass of pure water when we are born, then it gets dirty... with healthy habits we can clean the water..., everytime we work on our meridians we stir the mud that has formed in the glass of water, everytime we take care of ourselves (making conscious decisions) we take a little bit of that mud out... everytime we move it around we then have to wait to move it again ;-)
