My dearest Ashley! CF is hard. It’s not a walk in the park and you need to give yourself PERMISSION to be angry and sad about where CF might take you. That’s just part of it. You’re 1000% right. You are human. And with that humanity comes ups and downs. You don’t even have to have a life-threatening illness like we have to have those ups and downs - ask your parents, your grandparents, your great-grandparents. Okay you get where I’m going? Amiright? lol Just remember that when we make plans, God laughs! We may have our entire lives planned out - I’m going to marry my middle school sweetheart and we’re going to have 2.5 kids and a brick house on 4 acres and a white picket fence and I’m going to be a world renowned Egyptologist and we’re going to live happily ever after. Ohhh yeah girl that was my plan!!! MHMMMMM. Well CF kinda had something to say about being an archaeologist right? And God decided to call my first husband Luke home at just 35 and I was unable to have any children due to excessive mucus in my cervical lining... and wow HOLY REALITY! Life. Happens. Soooooo... those lemons that are sometimes thrown at us. And plans have to change. Just remember, without the bad stuff, Ashley, we can’t appreciate the good stuff. That’s why God let’s bad thing happen to us and he NEVER gives us more than we can handle. He is a merciful God but he is also our best teacher. Soooooooo, make the best lemonade you can, baby girl. 😁 💜🦋💜🦋💜🦋

it suck that us people that have cystic fibrosis it hard to handle that is all i have it and im 17 but ik it ok because i realized that the more you work out and move you get more health and your lung will heal alot better it has help me with cycstic fibrosis my pft was 29 at one point i have been doing mauli ol for 7yr

There is so much that we CFers have to do, it's not easy, but it's part of life. Just gotta play the cards we have been dealt and live life to the fullest! Mauli Ola is amazing! Love them!
