California though being more expensive compared to other states but it offers more amenities then any other states in western USA Maybe you guys should lookout for different county which could be much closer to metropolitan areas but also could offers much better lifestyle Also like irvine has much better ranking in education then other county's nearer

Kade is a baby, thus we’re constantly making sure that he isn’t getting hurt and his needs are met. Keem can communicate his needs and is very confident with his feelings/emotions. They both get equal attention ❤️

2:27 you guys look like a happy family and when Kade hit keem you guys were so calm with it and didn’t over react like I have seen most parents. Because when I was 8 my little cousin hit me on my back like Kade did to keem, but my cousin parents over reacted, and I had to get involved cause I felt bad cause she didn’t mean to. Some babies walk faster than others and some begin speaking faster than others. But Kade is extremely smart, I’ve watched enough of these videos to know this baby has high intelligence and I actually love that he knows sign language, I almost want to encourage you guys to let him keep with it as he gets older. But you all are doing an amazing job, don’t let speculation about your baby’s development worry you. He’s just 1 and a lot of 1 year olds aren’t speaking many words beyond dada and mama. By this time next year you’ll be trying to get him to keep quiet 😂

Beautiful family and while I am not a parent myself yet. I've had plenty of practice. I'm the oldest of four siblings. 😂 And when I'm around them even to this day I feel like I have to chase them around and keep them out of trouble. Being the oldest has its ups and downs. But there was never a dull moment in my household.

About Kade not speaking yet... He clearly shows he understands you guys so well. He is very expressive with his unique little sounds, facial expressions & body language. It's super adorable to watch. There is a pattern recognized of highly intelligent people being late talkers. It's a thing... it's called 'The Einstein Syndrome'. Apparently Einstein didn't speak until he was 3-5 years old. It seems many other highly intelligent individuals shared that same experience. I posted a link to an article about it here, but I think my comments get removed because of it (which makes total sense to me in hindsight). I tested it a few times & the comments with links got removed. So I got confirmation. Now I'm like: Let's post this comment one last time. I don't want to spam hahaha.
