Hi Kat! Let me share this to you, last year 2023 I am 92 kilos I prayed to God. Na bigyan Ako Ng strength to discipline my katakawan, and now exactly 1 year ago 55 kilos na lang. 44 yrs old madameng frustration and nraramdaman. But one thing is for sure GOD IS GOOD. kaya mo yan kat❤️.

I am currently doing intermitted fasting but not so lowcarb diet. And so depressed for 3 yrs, praying that bumalik dati ko katawan. For 3 yrs of struggle may natuklasan ako upon meditating, always go back why you are doing what you are doing and isama mo Panginoon. for example, Lord nagcrave ako sa 3 in 1 coffee and chocolate, Lord direct me to the reason i am doing this is, for my health and longevity, then, in all honesty my cravings stop. I am praying that the Holy Spirit will accompany you in your journey, and i know God wanted you to prosper in whatever you wanted to achieve. God bless and keep doing what you are doing because people see Jesus thru you and because of that we are Glorify God for you existence. Hi Kat, I understand where you're coming from. I'm 49 and have been gaining weight from the past year. I'm in menopause and despite going to the gym doing strength training and cardio, eating better, I still gain weight. But I have never felt so much better. I am stronger now, I have more muscle, and I have more energy. I'm 4'11" and still heavier than you at 144 lbs. Don't restrict yourself with food. Eat whatever you want but in moderation. Eat more veggies and protein so you'll feel full longer. And make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep. Keep going to the gym and lift heavy. That way you increase your muscle mass and improve your metabolism. And be patient. The process takes time. Best of luck! 🙂

I noticed this same change after I gave birth to my youngest. I had the worst postpartum depression and my metabolism slowed down a lot. Then I turned 40, and it felt like my whole body and mind changed. I still struggle with my mental health everyday but I chose to pray and focus on my family and my present life. I recommend continue working out and eat an anti inflammatory diet. Take care. You are beautiful!

I lost 3 babies na in 3 consecutive years 💔😢 miscarriage, 32weeks but lost due to pre eclampsia and 32weeks again but lost due to eclampsia. I cried when you said that hoping that we will be happy again soon! 😢

big hugs! I also experiencing the same season/phase you have now. I also consulted a lot of doctors to figure out what's happening to my body. Just a gentle reminder to be kind to your body and as much as possible, do not over stress. there are some physical activities that we do before when we are on active gym state that is not applicable to our body now because of "cortisol release". I agree on those who said strength training because that help my body. Praying for you. ♥

Ang hirraaaaaapppp. Every month is a struggle and frustrating pag may menstruation. 15& 6months together with my hubby still diparin nabiyayaan ng anak. Every month we still hope to conceive. If God’s will, it will happen. Laban 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I'm wishing the best for you Ms Kat. I also experienced some of the things you said, and what I learned is we can't lose weight when we're stressed. Try carnivore for 30 days po, it's just a jump start then continue keto diet for 6-1yr. Yes it takes that long po for some people. Hope it helps. ❤

Hi Kat we have same age and situation right now,the difference,I was hospitalized last June due to my excessive menstruation,it started when I drink Lishou Coffee na talagang bumalik ako sa weight ko na 48-50kgs. But yun nga nasobrahan ako and good thing from my biopsy its not cancer but I need to have followup this week for TransV ulatrasnd. To cut it short same w you I was gaining weight again after that and i was alarmed ng nag 57kgs ako. Im using ZERO app to help me sa food intake and water and IF ko. Im using it since 2022 after ko manganak. Pero may times nga na Im not serious and puro kain pero Zero app helps talaga for me. Nagstart nako lit mag IF and my workout same w you pero mahirap talaga magloose at our age dapat triple na un effort. Hope youll feel better just continue IF and wag ka muna magtimbang everytime. Ako I avoided looking at the weighing scale basta tuloy ko lang lagi sa IF ko. I feel really bad pag nakikita ko kase na walang nagbabago so I stop monitoring pero Im focusing sa IF and water intake ko. Prayers for you and hope pareho naten mareach un gusto naten lit na weight. @@KathleenHermosa_Official I got the Lishou Coffee first in Tiktok shop sa mga naglalive selling. I started like last yr around this time din,like 2-3kgs first week. Meron also in Lazada,napanood ko ofw sya sa Japan and tried Lishou pumayat nga talaga sya pero research also kase madami din selling fake. Im not recommending it kase indi FDA approved sabi ko kase non sa sarili ko “cge nga try ko 1-2wks lang kase lagi sinasabi in a week magloose ka weight and wala ka appetite” true naman sya pero ako un 2 weeks ko umabot ng months pagtake ko sa obsess ko magmaachieve ulit ung 48kgs ko 🥲 un un nahospital ako kase nagkaron ako inflammation sa uterus. Same na same tayo nag nafefeel from buhok sa weight and almost lahat ng nasabi mu. I had miscarriage din pero mga 2012 pa sya after Christmas. May finofollow din ako here in YT si Krishna nurse from Canada,she tried saba kamote egg diet,from 60kgs naging 48kgs sya like 3-4mos ata un. I tried it before also kaso nasisira diet ko kase un husband ko mahilig kumain so napalakain ako sa labas din😅 My IF starts 2:30pm kase mas need ko kumain sa umaga naka 16/8 lit ako. Dati nagawa ko na un 18/6 dahil matagal na ko nastock sa 16/8 dapat ginigulo din naten un routine sa gut naten hehe. if you're 43 nasa perimenopausal ka na ... Your hormone is changing.. do some strength training..more weight. Consult your OB gyne if you can. Because they will advise you what you going to expect in that stage.

Check mo about sa perimenopause symptoms sa YT. Sa edad natin mga 40's nakakaranas na daw tayo ng mga symptoms o kaya ask mo sa Dr. mo kasi 10 years daw ang mga symptoms ng perimenopause mararanasan natin low energy, anxiety, panic attack at marami pa I pray na maging okay na health mo and mabigyan din kayo ng baby soon🙏🏼.
