I’m crying 😭😭😭 growing up in a catholic family I feel like I can’t talk about Mother Nature, spirituality, herbalism, self love rituals,meditation, because if i do its perceived as the devil, I am nothing close to that I love god! But like you I can only connect by these things. It’s crazy thought I’m living a double life, nobody knows about this stuff just my husband who is very supporting. I hope I can heal & break free one day & accept my real authentic self! I’m just so happy that you will be opening more about these such interesting topics! ❤️

Look up “Hildegard of Bingen” she used holistic methods centered in spiritual healing. She’s a woman, she’s a catholic nun, she’s a saint. There is healing power in herbs, stones, tinctures....God put them there for us to use. Read her books “Physica” Maybe this can help you...

Hi Dulce. I want to point out that to reach the highest spiritual point you will eventually have to give up eating animals. I know it's hard but being developed spiritually means you are emotionally connected to everything and everyone around you. Animals are being brutally murdered for us to consume and enjoy. That is not right. I hope one day you will consider it. I wish you all the best❤

Hi Dulce. Can you please make a video on scriptures in the Bible where it aligns up with your new age belief? Show from a Biblical standpoint with scriptures to back up your new found religion. From my understanding the Bible and new age do not complement each other. I’m asking because, I know the Bible asks for us to not connect with the earth. So how do you feel comfortable doing the opposite of what the Bible teaches? Any info would be great.

Yessss to the book club!!! 💯💯💯 loved this video. Truly inspiring. I've felt so different over the past few months due to this pandemic and I've really started to try and live in the moment, enjoy all the small things. It's completely changed my outlook on life in such a good way, I've started to appreciate so much from family and friends to even simple things like the trees turning colour during autumn! Omg! I swiped up so fast on the Insta Story! Im sooo happy that this is back on of the best series !!🖤 I can relate to the arthritis and feeling so weak and saying enough is enough and taking charge to strengthen the body. Spirituality is so beautiful I love the concept of us all being mind body and soul , and working on all these areas . I love reading a bit of tarot in my spiritual practice it gets me very in tuned with my intuition and strengthens it. Journaling (the five minute journal) has helped so much along with mediation to get in touch with gratitude and my thoughts. I do believe a more holistic approach of living brings more peace. Im currently reading The body keeps the score . I am also happy that you have so much love for yourself, i know it took a lot of work , you have always told us about the struggle with confidence, its so beautiful to see you shine. !❤
