I stubbled across your video scrolling through my feed and i love that you cover different topics. I like how to talk about Secular Homeschooling. Am new to this homeschooling style. Don't worry about feeling like crap, lately i been feeling out of it. I know it's my body telling me i need to slow down and rest it out. I was recommended that book Wild and Free 🎉

I lived in Seattle for 15 years and the first two years I was a nanny to three homeschool kids! They are secular homeschoolers and that was the first time I had ever met anyone who wasn’t a Christian homeschooler. They were the ones who inspired me to homeschool my daughter (who wasn’t born yet) 💜💜 They live in Lake Forest Park🦋

I appreciated hearing your honest sharing about Wild & Free. "Inspired to get outside...for about a week"...lol. I couldn't get into that particular book, but I do love the Book Club one and just ordered her Christmas one, which I look forward to receiving.

Found your channel last night and immediately subbed. Love your style! PS Idk where in WA you are but my husband grew up in Redmond :) The first secular homeschool channel I ever found was Project Happy Home. Absolutely love Tanya's content.

My favorite thing about your channel is that you give great resource recommendations. And you seem kinda "stern" like I am 😅

I have always liked that you have great curriculum recommendations for secular homeschooling. Lightning Literature, The History of US, The History of Science, The Art of Problem Solving, etc. My oldest is just a little younger than your youngest, so it helps me set a tentative plan for next year and the next as to what to plan to spend or to find the books used etc.

I have this same thing going around my house. Not Covid thankfully. My favorite part of your videos are that you have older kids like me. There aren’t too many of us with teens it seems.

Wow it is so nice to hear that you aren’t outdoor people!! I have to force my girls to go outside, I actually just started giving my 5 year old a notebook when she goes out so she can make a list and write about what she sees. I thought we were just crazy, so thanks for that!! :) so yeah, don’t enter me in the drawing, because that whole outside thing ain’t gonna happen. LOL!! Hope you feel better soon!!
