Been watching you for a while now and you definitely inspired me to get out of my comfort zone a bit by taking a solo cross country road trip. I actually bought a Honda Element for that sole purpose and feel in love with the car I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. Had a really simple build in it and took a lot of tips from your older videos. It was probably the best decision I've ever made and that 7 months I spent traveling equated to years of experiences from my normal 9-5. Just wanted to say thanks for the inspiration and tips and I'm looking forward to seeing where and what you decide to do next.

One inexpensive solution for your roof of the truck, is to clean it and sand it well with a couple different grits and applying like a white rhino type paint. You could do that yourself and save a lot of dollars.

Just sand the rust and roof down with 180 then 220. Then wet sand with 360 then tape it off and spray it white.

I would sand it down and make sure there is an even surface. Than Wrap it yourself. It's the easiest thing you can do without painting.

Get the paint code number and a paint shop should be able to make a couple spray cans for you. Have them give you a clear coat too. Wet sand the roof and paint it.
