This is probably one of the most concise outlined videos on the topic. In reality, it's a learning curve to thread the floss through the wire to create that muscle memory. Reaching the back teeth is the real challenge. Get yourself a magnified lighted vanity mirror placed at a good height. I've found that the superfloss style makes it a little easier. It's precut floss that has a stiff threader end and is comprised of a thicker floss for between teeth with a thin floss for getting under the gum line. Practice helps. It's frustrating but it gets easier. Put on some KZbin videos and just relax for about an hour to get those teeth clean. Basically buy all of the tools outlined in the video and just practice using them for each tooth.

Brushing my teeth is my biggest complaint but getting by just fine and also, the dentist said he will put on braces on the top teeth only cause the bottom ones need teeth(two) extractions before putting braces on. Ok so I am confused. After I brush my teeth I use the Proxabrush to go in between each bracket, then I use an actual string flossed. If I get a water pik do I still need to use the proxabrush and string floss?
