Thank you for this! Suzanne has been my saving grace since the loss of my son to suicide in 2021. She has taught me soo much and I appreciate and respect her work. Love Suzanne, there is always something new to learn. I had many paranormal experiences. Can’t have touch lamps or robot vacuum cleaners, they start in the middle of the night. There is much more going on between Heaven and earth as we can imagine.

Last July (2023) I had a 1 yr follow up visit w/ the surgeon (surgery July 2022). Confirmation from my mother-in-law that all was well & she was with me during my Dr. Visit. The very 1st thing he said to me was "I have a sore tooth", not I have a tooth ache. My mother-in-law would say exactly the same thing...exactly that phrase when someone or thing was giving her a hard time. She would say it or they are " like a sore tooth". At the risk of laughing (not at the doctor) out loud acknowledging her presence I just sat quietly for a minute and "thanked" her for her confirmation & acknowledgement that all was well with & for me. 😇

Finally!!! Someone addressing the confirmations we long for! Yes, the desperate requests are much less frequently successful than the, 'In gratitude for your presence in my life, I am gratefully requesting you connect with me in a way I can notice and appreciate your efforts, even if I miss it." Once I asked if they were real, prove to me. I wandered down the hall, looked under the dresser and there it was. My first and most unforgetable confirmation. Did they push me? How did I do that? Was I just open? I think being in a loving mindset is Everything.

Stephen: You mention at 39m that you wish to be sensitive to energetic "taps", such as Suzanne's lip quiver. When the spirits said that your skin is like leather, they are saying that you are a very physically-focused person (aka it's hard for them to get through to you consciously), which means that no matter how much they may "tap" on your energy body, you are unlikely to feel it, because you have not made it a habit of being aware of your energy body. I learned through my fascination with astral projection that the energy body can be "tuned up" to be quite sensitive, which I believe you will benefit from. You can find MANY books and videos about how to focus on your energy body, even just by closing your eyes before bed and visualizing your body double, but only focus on the energy body, not the physical one, which will happen with conscious intent. Imagine a ball about the size of a volleyball in your palms. Imagine it pulsating with energy and growing stronger, so that you can sense it tingling your fingertips. Now feel its energy intensify up into your arms. You can also "move" this ball into your energy body and feel it coursing up down your body. It's that simple. With practice, you will become aware of a pulsating energy hand or foot even while trying to work. Good luck!

I like the question about not being able to feel things or connections. I find that for myself, I want the connection, but I think that there's a part of me that fears it. So talking about love, I guess that would be an example for me. They're not going to instill fear in me. I'm just going to have to find a way that doesn't scare me. I really like the snag idea!

I really like the snag thing too, Robbie. Regarding the fear thing... I know that's a tough thing to tackle. But one thing that works for me is this: It's hard to be afraid when you fill yourself up with gratitude. Try it. Even if you're forcing yourself to be thankful for what you already have-it's a VERY high frequency. It's like raising your antenna.
