Ah they are the best! They are plant based coffee creamers- you can find them at most grocers (in the US) or online!!

Lovely video! Sounds like you’ve got a gem of an endo! I’m using FIASP in the 5. No problems. Sometimes it stings but 🤷‍♀️. Not as fast for me now so perhaps time for another change. Keep us posted re your trial! 👍💕
