A few months have passed since Doris and Boris got divorced. Caillou and Rosie have been dealing with their dad's abusive parenting skills along with Ms. Martin turning a blind eye or even helping. Things seem hopeless for Caillou, Rosie, and a brother they never knew existed! Little do they know, Doris is doing everything she can to get her kids back and away from their father.

Those poor kids. I hope Doris will do everything in her power to get full custody of them again soon. They don't deserve to live with child abusers like Boris and Ann. Those poor kids need to be with their mom or at a friend's house. That monster is not fit to have legal custody of them.

Nice to see Daillou and maybe Caillou's additional brothers will still be a plot point. Daillou even retains his cool boy act that he has in Fast Forward. Interesting that he's canonically older, too! Also it's REALLY funny how Daillou just points out the Ann Martin - Rosie relation plot before it becomes relevant. Great that the kids actually snoop around before Rosie just goes out searching for Doris alone.
