The only mistake they made with costumes was not making normal Kabal playable. Yes, his outfit is there, but I like Kabal's in-game model prior to being burnt to a crisp(since it would be a costume, it wouldn't have to follow story mode logic)

The let down for me was that Rain wasn't given his Armageddon costume. I'm not sure if it had ever been introduced before Armageddon but it's similar to the "classics" of others like Sub-Zero's or Scorpion's. Rain would look BADASS in it!! Purple definitely would've been an attractive colored costume to look at. They also should have given Skarlet another costume.
