This is just amazing! Very creative and resourceful. That's what it means when trash becomes treasure!

Love the coffee/Tea organizer. I love the bottle for green onions. I want to make some for green onions, Cilantro, parsley, mint, Thai basil, basil, and oregano. I usually go once a week or every 2 weeks grocery shopping and by the time I need the herbs, they have wilted or gone bad. Thank you for all your organization videos. I love to recycle containers.

I love that idea too!! It’s also great to grow some plants or flowers. (not in the refrigerator!) From many plants or herbs you can just cut of piece and put them in water on the window sill, and they will soon get roots. Why didn’t I think of this before 🤦🏻♀️, instead of using glasses or cups

Thanks, Veronica! I'd like to also try growing those herbs/veggies too! Let me know how it goes! ❤️🤗🙏😘

Thanks, Mathilde! Great tips! I also regrow veggie cuttings on the window sill but I have been using open containers. I will also try the bottle version outside of the ref! 😘🙏🤗❤️

@@LifeDIYJosie it’s better not to close it the whole day, because it will get mouldy. But the humidity also helps to accelerate the process. I‘m going to try poking holes in the bottle. Thank you for all your ideas, and have a great day! Greetings from Germany

Great idea to poke holes, Mathilde, but I forgot to mention on the video that the top, where the cap is, you can open it to air out as needed.

As talented as you are, this may be one of my favorite videos. I have been motivated to reorganize my fabric draws. Thanks to this video and others like it. I provided them with more structure by upcycling the cardboard that I had saved. It looks like the more organizers that you purchase, the more you need. Wishing you the best in the years ahead ❤.

Hi Josie, great ideas. My only concern is the Styrofoam container holding your insulin bottles, may insulate against the cold air and not keep the insulin cold enough. I hope that's not the case because it's a genius idea.
@LifeDIYJosie3 ай бұрын
Hi Pam! Good point! I immediately checked and they felt cold, so that wasn't an issue! Thanks so much, I never thought of it! You rock! 😘❤️🤗🙏

A long time ago, someone mention to me that a soldering knife is better than a wood burning tool to write or burn designs on wood, because it was easier to control. Which is why I have one. I have so many tools I bought that I use not for their original purpose 😂.

That's what I have too! A soldering knife, too! I often call it a heat tool or hot knife lol 😹

?what would You do with the container holders for cold drinks, they’re usually made of thin cardboard??
@LifeDIYJosie3 ай бұрын
Are you thinking of the cardboard carrier for fast food drinks? You can use them to divide deep dresser drawers to separate items such as socks and undies. Make sure to wipe with disinfectant wipes or spray with Lysol before you use them. Hope it helps. Thanks for watching and asking 🙏🤗😘❤️

But…..throwaway cups? Lids? Sachets? Not zero waste, really. The basic idea is very good, though.

Hi Carol, good point but the title was meant for the DIY organizers only not the items used in it and around it. I suppose, many of us still depend on those other items, especially since some of them were also products of recycling. Thanks so much for your thoughts. 🙏😘❤️
