I love this tutorial because your projects are turning out beautifully but you are showing the real in between because all projects don't always go flawlessly so it's good that everyone understands that this will happen!

I learned this lesson the hard way about people that criticize others. My dad said there's always three fingers pointing back at you when you when you point a finger at someone else. How true that was when my grandmother's boyfriend died his house was full of junk and yet he criticized anybody for having clutter so...... Now when somebody harps on me about an issue I know that that is one of their own down falls.

I love that your DIYs use found objects to create new masterpieces!! Where the two pieces of faux leather were joined on the ottoman top, a leather or faux leather belt of contrasting color could be used to cover the seam and offer an accent. Thanks for sharing your decor art!! Happy😊

I totally liked your suggestion. I also thought a woven panel would have really popped too-simple plain weave with black only, or black with another colour.

A good place to pick up some buckets might be construction sites. They tend to trash them. Be sure to ask first and be safe! They might even save them for you if you ask nicely. My husband worked construction for years and we have tons of them.

Your leather joints: there is some stuff one uses to repair torn car seats. They give you a little stamp to emulate the texture. This should work. And black is easy, hides all imperfections😊

Hi I love your ideas. I normally use newspaper that is free at supermarkets soaked in glue & water to make paper mache. It’s when we get to the ‘ugly’ stage that a lot give up instead of carrying on. Our projects usually look gorgeous I think once we finish. It’s always worth carrying on, like you did, if you’re not happy just paint over some parts but more importantly just keep going. Thank you for some fabulous ideas. I’ve only just found your Chanel and you are inspirational 💐🐝🐝

For the leather round, maybe add a contrasting brown leather on top where the seams meet. It will hide it and add visual interest.

I always love your videos. I can always count on you for tons of inspiration. Your projects are always beautiful and creative. For the bucket ottoman table, you could always add another strip of the faux leather or other trim/fabric across the seam to make it look like an intentional design element. Thanks so much for sharing 😊
