800sqft is a 3 Room lah. The pool looks nice, and ok to rent such a house. But buy ah, I tell you that pool in 15 years will have waterproofing problem. While I don't agree with this house be it rent or buy, this is why everyone should pack and clean their house, so your house is like a staycation.

I too am curious how much he makes to afford the place but I disagree with the statement 'y work at tsl if he has rich parents that can afford condo + their place'. I myself also have rich parents who have a few properties but I still work to buy my own hdb. Just cus ur parents r rich, u shouldnt end up be a bum and rely on pocket money ur whole life isnt it?
