Great talk today Pastor Craig. God created us to worship Him and serve Him. Exodus 15:2 The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God, and I will exalt Him. Very similar scripture in Psalm 118. These 2 scriptures came to me during prayer and worship this week. Then came Romans 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. There is a big difference between happiness (of flesh) and pure joy (of the Lord) of The LORD. That was a nugget the sin I am most defensive about is the sin God wants to work on the most. Oh my I have been there. I was so defensive about smoking I felt very convicted by that. I asked my church for prayer they prayed for me and The Lord helped me broke that chain. Not in my own strength all of His strength. Thank You Christ Jesus for loving me that much to convict me and then free me 🙌🏼♥️🙏🏼.
