To have intimate fellowship with God, we must become more and more like Jesus Christ in the way we live. Though we all sin, even as Christians, continual sin may be a reflection of spiritual immaturity, ignorance of the Word, and not understanding our part in walking in the gift of salvation. Another reason could be not being discipled or getting into a Bible teaching church. Once we truly understand the gift of salvation, and our responsibilities as believers, and then continue to sin you may need evaluate if you’ve truly given God full access to you heart. You can have a head conversion, even do and say the right thing, while not having a heart conversion. Are you renewing your mind daily? Have you chosen to fully submit to God? It comes down to developing an intimate relationship with God. This happens as we spend time in His Presence and in His Word. The results of this is we being to look more like Him, think more like Him, talk more like Him, and act more like Him. A relationship with God produces fruit the fruit of a heart that looks more like His. Be Encouraged!

Be a person who has character & integrity in alignment with God's will sufficient to be able to dwell in His Tabernacle. (He is our 'Tent') New Covenant Version: "A Spiritual Security Clearance" required for the Lord to 'Tabernacle' within us. The mystery of God is "Christ in you".

To have intimate fellowship with God, we must become more and more like Jesus Christ in the way we live. Though we all sin, even as Christians, an unrepentant attitude, where one deliberately and consistently walks out of fellowship with God, could well mean that the person has not truly had a salvation experience. I John 5:11-12 tells us that “this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. The one who has the Son has life. The one who doesn’t have the Son of God does not have life.” If you truly have the Son, you will want to be like Him, His light will shine through you, and if you sin, you will be miserable until you confess it and receive forgiveness. If that’s not the case, I would strongly counsel you to speak to someone who can lead you to the Cross. Do not wait; we are not promised our next breath. If you are a true believer, let’s “be imitators of God, as dearly loved children. And walk in love, as the Messiah also loved us and gave Himself for us, a sacrificial and fragrant offering to God” (Ephesians 5:1-2). Thanks for the teaching, Dr. G.
