Sergio Andrade, they were friends and neighbors long before the band started. He left the band and actually lives near me and plays at my church. My wife is in a small group with him so I've met him. Great guy.

I feel like this video (and band lineup) shows how multicultural this band used to be. they had a certain variety about them that made them cool and complex. i mean, they’re dressed vintage (Jason wearing the Who shirt). Jason took a turn, maybe not back to his overtly christian roots, but some adjacent bland, safe, mainstream likeness of it. I wonder what this band would have been like if they continued to pursue something unique. still could..

What a great song from a great album! Reminds me of my sophomore year of high school (~15 years ago) during which so many changes were happening in my life. "Spin" kept me going to embrace the new changes. And "Wash" is another song from Lifehouse that truly takes me back! Damn good times...
