This fish is mostly available only in the backwaters of kerala.. the real taste of the fish recipe will get by using natural clay pottery which is available all over Kerala…

Traditional Kerala cooking uses the Chinese wok or Cheenachatti which is made of cast iron. It does not make smoke like the pig iron- made chatti . You also need to use less oil in Chinese wok. One wonders why Ms Bincy is using the pig- iron pan for frying.
