Ocean should have his own little plate in front of him and let him eat! Because she feeds him with her fingers etc is unsanitary! Lil Icean must learn to eat independently! Also Ruth needs to STOP giving him a bottle and have to hold the bottle for him. Lil Ocean is big enough to hold his own bottle etc! Why is Ruth trying to make him handicap?
