Wow, I took the Pfizer and I experienced the same thing. I took my first dose on a Friday after work and Saturday morning I was up early cooking and cleaning. The second dose I went with a friend and we were both feeling well enough to go shopping and run errands. But I think it’s probably because we’re less stressed out from the thought of catching Covid. We all just experienced a slight sore arm for a day. My teen had the same experience too.

I had the covid vaccine (two part) due to my asthma and BMI. I've been vaccinated fully for 4 weeks now! My experience? The first shot was ok! I did have a rash after a few days and I got worried because it was hot to the touch, but the doctor took a look and said it's perfectly normal. He gave me the option for a cream to use. The second time, I did get the chills and feel a little under the weather for a day or two but not too much! People aren’t worried about the short-term affects of the vaccine, it’s the long term affects. Let me elaborate, a vaccine normally undergoes testing for at least 10 years, this time is mostly used monitoring long-term side-affects of the vaccine, i.e. cancer; internal deterioration of bones, tissues or organs; etc. However, the Covid-19 vaccine hasn’t undergone this long-term testing process. This is the major concern.

I still don’t understand what caused one of my dad’s best friends to pass away after taking the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. From what I heard, when my dad best friend took the vaccine a few days later he got sick. Family from my dad best friend said he had covid symptoms and it was hard for him to breathe. It got so worse, they took him to the hospital. For 2 months he was in a ventilator. 2 weeks ago whiled on a car ride with my dad, my dad best friend brother calls my dad. Telling my dad that he unfortunately passed away. I heard the whole conversation cuz my dad’s phone was on speaker. My dad best friend brother was crying and in so much pain during the phone call that my heart dropped just hearing him. When the call ended, I told my dad that “I’m very sorry”. “He was a very good person”. My dad said “it’s ok , he was a real good best friends. But I’m happy to hear he’s not suffering anymore in that ventilator. Let his Bright happy soul rest in piece. I’ll miss him”. My dad was really hurt and I could tell by the way he was speaking. A very nice man who was my dad best friend. Who played soccer with my dad in a soccer team and rode together on my dad 67 mustang. A strong guy who would help my dad sometimes with his handyman work. A generous man who give new pairs of shoes when it was my birthday or my siblings birthday. His kind of actness but essentially that smile he had every time I saw him. A full six months of clinical data is required before full approval can be asked for. Pfizer now has that six months of data. The have applied for full use authorisation for people 16+ years old. The approval process normally takes about 2-3 months. So that looks like the start of September if full approval is granted. The 2023 date is when the testing of vaccinated people, to see how long they retain the anti-bodies, will probably be completed. Currently the vaccine manafacturers only have six months of data regarding longevity of efficacy. That data shows the efficacy remains at high levels after six months.

PEG antibodies may also reduce vaccine effectiveness. Pfizer/BioNTech is also inserting an ingredient derived from a marine invertebrate, mNeonGreen, into its vaccine. The ingredient has bioluminescent qualities, making it attractive for medical imaging purposes, but it is unclear why an injected vaccine would need to have that quality. mNeonGreen has unknown antigenicity. Several vaccine candidates are expected to induce the formation of humoral antibodies against spike proteins of SARS-CoV-2. Syncytin-1 (see Gallaher, B., “Response to nCoV2019 Against Backdrop of Endogenous Retroviruses” - virological.org/t/response-to-ncov2019- against-backdrop-of-endogenous-retroviruses/396), which is derived from human endogenous retroviruses (HERV) and is responsible for the development of a placenta in mammals and humans and is therefore an essential prerequisite for a successful pregnancy, is also found in homologous form in the spike proteins of SARS viruses. There is no indication whether antibodies against spike proteins of SARS viruses would also act like anti-Syncytin-1 antibodies. I was hesitant about receiving the vaccine initially and decided to not get the vaccine. However, I tested positive with covid and felt terrible and my oxygen levels were lower than normal and I spent nearly a week and a half in the emergency room for treatment. Luckily, I didn’t die and got the proper treatment and had to take vitamins and antibodies and breathing practices for the next couple of weeks. I was going to shrug it off but it was obvious that my sickness was no where near close to going away and I actually felt worse as time went on. Had I not spoke up and gone to the ER in time, I’d probably be dead by now. I just received my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, and should be back in a couple of weeks for dose 2, which I’m anxious about as the second dose seems to be the worse of the two doses thus far.

I already had the first doze of the AstraZeneca vaccine, and my only side effects were a bit of muscle pain that lasted 5 days and internal shivers that gave me hallucinations in my sleep when they externalised into a very mild fever that lasted less than a day. In rest, nothing else.
