I do my boyfriend’s T shot all the time. I was scared the first few times but it gets easier. I noticed you didn’t get any air bubbles out of the needle before injecting. I forgot that step once and it was painful for him. You took it like a champ!

I am a NY registered nurse. A 25G is used for subcutaneous tissue (fatty tissue). A 22G is typically used for IM or intramuscular (in the muscles). It is the smallest gauge in the IM needle sizes. But if your physician allows you use a 22G, then I guess it's ok.

Aubrey try the z- track method when injecting your medication it keeps medication from oozing out after your injection. Pull your injection spot to one side then inject the medication after you pull the needle out let go of your skin

Vasectomy and castration are not the same. Vasectomy is the cutting of the vas deferens while Castration is the surgical removal of the testes. When the testes are removed, it results in loss of masculinity because of the absence of male hormones (testosterone).

My brother went mtf over 20 yrs ago. He has had to stop the hormones because it started to cause adverse issues one being it was causing his skin to get lesions and boils after long term use. Another, started producing too much testosterone so manly features returning. He was told it could kill him so stopped taking the shots and is having more surgeries to make up for it. I lived this all my life, it never stops and runs numerous risks. If he could do it over, he wouldn't go so far into transitioning this is why I get upset at this being promoted and glorified to the youth. They never talk about the dangers, regrets and long term effects. It's a dangerous game.
