I live in Mt Home and tenkara fish ( Japanese fly fishing 🎣 ) any recommendations for this area , places to go techniques for the area etc...

To be honest I don’t know much about that area but the snake river is awesome and a dry fly fishing paradise. Looks like you have the south fork of the Boise not too far away which would also be a great dry fly option. Wish I could help more!

Yeah I've never fished this before but ime sure tenkara will do well here , so your recommendations would be dry fly?

no doubt it would do well! Time of the year will play a big part but if you're in cutthroat water then a dry fly almost always works. warmer weather always equals better dry fly fishing though.
