For safety, always put positive on first. With negative first, if your tool/wrench hits ground when attaching the positive, you will short the battery and possibly hurt yourself, the battery, the computer or any combination of the three.

Have you range test this? I have seen this brand of battery pop up a couple times and I am very interested in it!!! I would love to get more range than my lead batteries for when I take the kids to the ranch in my Yamaha drive

I just removed acid batteries and installed Vatrer lithium battery 150 Ah but my cart doesn’t run. My battery is at 46% now and charging. Do I have to charge it for a few hours b4 it can run?

No, You should be able to run it right away. Check your carts tow switch. Check the app and screen that charge and discharge are turned on

@@Roll2Videos yes, I have to check wires. All wires are connected to acid lead batteries, and there is no 12 connector box as in Vartrez guidelines.

@@larrybu2000 I'm not sure why it's not working, I haven't had any issues with mine. Have you checked with a multi meter for voltage? Do you have something that was tapped on one battery for 12v now hooked up to 51.2V? Sometimes the solenoid is 12V powered.

Considering this battery came with a big LCD that shows both volts and amps....I actually thought you would be the first on youtube to test how it handles the LVD (low voltage disconnect) problem. Unfortunately, just like all the other lithium reviewers on youtube, you only tested with the battery at full charge. The LVD problem occurs when the battery isn't fully-charged, so drive it for 10 miles and then do the incline test again. It would really be nice to see if this "premium" kit handles the LVD correctly during a high load condition like the incline test you did. The LVD problem is the number one reason people are having trouble with the "budget" lithium batteries in their golf carts and yet none of the youtubers are even talking about, never mind actually testing it. This was your chance to show people why they probably don't want to buy the cheap chinese lithium junk.

Interesting comment. I've never heard of the problem you're describing. While using the battery, if I come across this issue, I will post about it. I'm not sure why you brought ethnicity into your comment. All the batteries are made in China. Try and have a better day, buddy 👍

@@Roll2Videos Getting kind of politically correct aren't you? There probably aren't too many people that have never said the phrase "cheap chinese". If I said good chinese product, like this Vatrer battery kit, is that bringing ethnicity into it. No, it's not. Btw, if you look at the Vatrer products, you'll notice they have cheaper 48v products but their product marketing don't have the phrase "for Golf Carts", they purposely exclude it. That's because they know their cheaper 48v model will work ok for Solar but most likely will have the LVD problem with the high-load conditions that golf carts frequently experience... mud, inclines, heavy loads, etc. Kudos to Vatrer for that.
