I recently got a Rumblex Plus 4D. First of all, thank you for doing these videos to demonstrate different exercises that can be done with the plate. In the videos, a position or an exercise is done for a short period time to demonstrate how to do it. When actually doing them, how long or how many reps should these be done? I know the level setting has an impact on this as well. Thanks again!

So I think I can benefit from all these exercises, but I cannot kneel on my knees. I have had micro fracture surgery in both knees, and I have areas on my femur bone that don’t have any cartilage. I don’t know if the yoga pads would be enough. I try to avoid anything in a squatting or kneeling position. I have the waiver machine. How could I adjust these exercises so I am not on my knees. I really can’t think of a way that it would work.

Hello, Maureen! Standing is enough to strengthen the muscles in the legs. especially since you have knee issues. Just make sure to use it slowly to avoid aggravating the knee. :)

Hi Amber. I am using vibration plataform for the first time. This is my first week, I am not if I am getting crazy, but my belly starts shrinking. I am so happy to find you. What exercise of this ine can help me the most with neck and chin fat. Thank you so much to share your knowledge!

Hi @Rachel, you just need to develop your lats. You can use the vibration plate and incorporate it with rows and deadlifts to develop the bat wings(lat). hope this helps

Hello! Consistently using the platform specially oscillation and lateral which help burn a lot of calories will help burn those unwanted fats like the fats on the chin, glutes, stomach and more.

Hi Laurence! oscillation for muscle development and lateral for core , both will help in strengthening the pelvic floor. :)

I have chronic spasm in my multifidus from my lower back up through my cervical spine. What exercises would you recommend?

Hi @Kevin Gass, if you're new to the machine. You can try first to stand with your knee slightly bent and put a chair in front to help with balance. This will help put the weight on the chair not on your back and knees. This will strengthen you overall muscles. After a few weeks, try to incorporate exercises and stretching with the machine. Like cat stretch, child pose etc and one arm and two arm row with the resistance band. Hope this helps!

I have been using my Rumblex pro 4D daily since December and am gradually increasing speed, but am afraid I may overdo it. I am 75, my Dexa score is -3.2. Which program or manual mode do you recommend for osteoporosis and what speed do you recommend for my goal? Is there a hertz chart for each preset program for the Rumblex?

Hi Lynne, Hope you're doing great! As advised, the higher the speed the better as long as you're comfortable with it. You can use the pulsation movement for your goal since it provides a maximum hertz of 40. Please send us a message at support@lifeprofitness.com so we can send you the Hertz chart :)
